| Betamet Oy Field Engineerings and Betamet ASTPs specialties are installation and modernization projects spreading out in long time span. Betamet ASTP has also special expertise in steel industry. Betamet Oy Field Engineering is an expert in extensive modernization projects and mechanical maintenance. Field Engineering has made numerous projects with big international companies in their paper and steel factories all over the world. Field Engineerings personnel with extensive language skills are accustomed working independently in different cultures and working environments. Betamet ASTP executes heavy installation projects with various Finnish companies. Projects vary from steel contract installations to demanding mill- line maintenance work for the steel industry. Installation work is done precisely and quickly with versatile equipment and with full attention of work safety and quality demands. |
Optical and accurate measuring devices with up-to date tools in mechanical installations guarantee the mounting of large and heavy objects with exact tolerances. Installation gear is transported to sites with customized 20’ containers. Betamet group has own well- equipped tool vehicles, which enables fast stoppage and maintenance tasks in Finland and in Europe. Main customers are paper- and steel factories and machine manufacturers. Customers include different departments of Metso, Voith, Outokumpu, Ruukki and Transmec in addition to other companies in the process industry. Betamet Field Engineering employs 65 fitters and Betamet ASTP 12. |
