Mechanical erection of paper production line at Plattling Papier in Germany
Betamet and its subsidiaries will install a complete 2000 m/min paper production line to new Plattling Papier mill, just next to Myllykoski’s MD Plattling mill in Germany. The new production line is scheduled to start up in the first quarter of 2008.By order of Metso Paper, more than 100 fitters of Betamet will concern with the erection. Work started in early May 2007 and is expected to be completed by mid October 2007. The scope of installation consist PGW plant, stock preparation, 11.3 m wide paper machine, on-machine calender, winders, roll finishing systems and paper machine ventilation.
